Description
Known as the Palace of Florence it is a three-story version of Florence's Palazzo Vecchio and is located on Davis Islands in Tampa, Florida. It was designed in 1924 as an apartment retreat by architect M. Leo Elliott., Tampa's most noted architect. The most dramatic features are the high square tower and the gran center stairway leading to the second floor entrances.

Wow this is a super nice photo Norman!! I know this building, and I have looked at it as something that I mite like to take photos of!!! L/F

I can't tell you how many times I passed this one and thought that I should take a picture of it as well. I finally stopped and did it. I think I want to go back and explore more of the building.
